This notice covers the Vibeez site, onboarding, subscription, invoices, paid campaign cycles, production, publishing, and support records.
Data we collect
We collect the company, contact, product, audience, claims, assets, creator direction, approvals, desired timing, account requirements, consent records, and order identifiers you submit. Stripe sends us subscription, invoice, payment, amount, currency, customer, billing-period, tax, cancellation, refund, and dispute details. If you allow site analytics, Google Analytics receives the page path, page title, device and browser information, approximate location derived from network data, referrer, and standard traffic measurements. Vibeez excludes payment pages, query strings, form answers, and payment references from analytics. We do not receive full card or bank credentials.
Why we use it
We use transactional data to assess campaign fit, create an immutable subscription order, identify each paid monthly cycle, produce and review media, operate the managed publishing workflow, verify delivery, support billing and cancellation, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and keep financial records. With separate permission, we use page-level analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. We do not use Vibeez analytics for advertising or audience profiling.
Who receives it
We share only the minimum required data with Stripe for payment, approved production and publishing providers for delivery, hosting and database providers for operation, and professional advisers or authorities when legally required. If you allow analytics, Google processes the limited site-traffic data described here. If a bot-verification challenge is displayed, Cloudflare receives the network data needed to assess it. We do not sell onboarding data or use it for third-party advertising.
Analytics choice
Google Analytics is disabled until you choose Allow analytics. Declining sends no analytics data. Vibeez manually sends pathname-only page views, suppresses all payment routes, and disables Google advertising signals and ad personalization. Your choice is stored in your browser under a versioned local-storage key. Open Analytics settings in the footer at any time to allow or withdraw consent. Withdrawing stops further events and removes the first-party Google Analytics cookies that Vibeez can address from this site.
AI and service-provider processing
Approved claims, product assets, and creator instructions may be processed by the approved AI media and managed-publishing providers needed to fulfill the accepted order. Do not submit secrets, payment credentials, health data, government identifiers, or assets you are not authorized to use.
Local browser storage
The onboarding page may keep a short-lived seven-day draft of low-risk campaign preferences in your browser. It excludes contact details, legal identity, claims, asset URLs, and consent. The draft is cleared when Stripe Checkout is created and can be removed by clearing site data. A separate analytics-consent value records only whether you allowed or declined analytics.
Retention
We retain subscription, invoice, paid-cycle, consent, payment, cancellation, refund, dispute, and delivery evidence only for the periods needed for the contract, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal claims. Before reducing stale initial Checkout onboarding to a non-content tombstone, our server checks the matching Session directly with Stripe. Only a confirmed expired and unpaid Session becomes eligible; open, paid, pending, mismatched, or unavailable Stripe states remain protected for a later check. The reconciliation record contains identifiers and status only, never the onboarding content. Short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit keys become eligible for cleanup after their configured window. Google applies its own retention controls to analytics data. You may request deletion through the support contact shown in Checkout, in the customer portal, or on your receipt, subject to transaction, legal, fraud-prevention, and active-delivery requirements.
Security and location
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted server credentials, signed Stripe webhooks, row-level database protection, durable pseudonymous rate limits, optional bot verification, and event logs. Providers, including Google after analytics consent, may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable. Some payment and transaction records must be retained by law. Withdraw analytics permission through Analytics settings in the footer without affecting onboarding, Checkout, paid delivery, or transactional messages.
Children
Vibeez is a business service and is not intended for people under 18. Do not submit a minor's likeness or personal data without documented authority and prior written acceptance.
Controller and contact
GOLUNGO HOLDINGS LIMITED operates Vibeez and controls the onboarding and order record. Stripe and Google act under their own privacy terms for the services described here. Use the support contact shown in Checkout or on your payment receipt for privacy requests; include the Vibeez order ID and never send card details.
